
Costs
Normally the costs of these visits are built into the fees you charge your students. They depend on a number of factors, such as category of hotel and single or twin occupancy of rooms.
We do not include the cost of travel to and from the locations, as most universities prefer to use their in-house travel departments for this.
Included in the price are:
- Transfers to and from airport to hotel
- Accommodation in hotel in single or twin rooms with private facilities
- Buffet breakfast each morning
- Morning and afternoon tea/coffee breaks
- 3-course buffet lunch
- Hire of conference room and materials for the duration of the course
- All local academic lectures and guest speakers
- Accompanying Tour Manager fluent in the local language
